Support
Get help with Praxeri.
Praxeri is in a small, invite-only beta. The way to reach us is email, and every message is read by the team building Praxeri.
Until this address shows up inside Praxeri for you, you can also reply to the person who invited you.
What to include
A few details let us help on the first reply instead of the third:
- Who you are in Praxeri: the email address you sign in with, and the project’s name.
- What happened: what you were doing, what you expected, and what you saw instead.
- The exact words of any message Praxeri showed you. A screenshot is even better.
- When it happened, roughly, with your time zone.
- Your browser and device, for example “Safari on iPhone” or “Chrome on Windows”.
Never send passwords, API keys or tokens. Praxeri will never ask you for them by email.
What to expect
This is a small beta team, not a staffed help desk. We read every message and answer as soon as we can, but there’s no guaranteed response time during the beta.
If you think your account, your code or a connected service is at risk, don’t wait for us: disconnect that service in Praxeri (Account, then Connections) or at the provider, and say so in your email’s subject line.
Where status lives
The state of your own project is always in Praxeri: builds, checks, previews and anything waiting for your decision. Praxeri doesn’t have a public status page yet. If Praxeri itself seems to be down, email us, and if it’s a problem we already know about, we’ll say so in our reply.
